Stayed here with my grand kids and overall loved this apartment. It was excellent and perfect close to the seafront. Had amazingly comfortable room, comfortable bed to ourselves. Overall experience was really enjoyable.

The location of the holiday flat is fantastic, right in the center of town and close to the tennis courts. the off-street parking at the rear is a great advantage. the flat itself is modern and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like water and biscuits as welcome gifts. the bedrooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. the kitchen has everything you need, including tea bags, coffee, and toiletries. it's a lovely place to stay with good facilities.

The noise from the seagulls can be quite irritating, especially in the early morning.

The location of this place is perfect, being so close to the shops and Princes Park, and the owner gave us a warm welcome.

I stayed at the Ground Floor 2 Bed Holiday Flat in Eastbourne and let me tell you, it was cozy as can be! The kitchen had everything I needed - a fridge and an oven - to cook up my favorite meals. Plus, the two bedrooms were just perfect for a good night's sleep. And don't even get me started on the flat-screen TV in the living area, it was the cherry on top!

The only thing I didn't really fancy was the bathroom, which only had a bath. But hey, that's just me!

the location was ideal, just a short 5, minute walk from the tennis courts. Melina, the host, was very accommodating and allowed us to be flexible with our arrival time so we could stay until the end of the tennis match. the flat itself was spotless, clean, and fresh. the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well, equipped with everything we needed. We were also provided with plenty of towels and toiletries. the grandkids especially loved the big screen cable TV and WiFi. there was off, road parking at the rear of the flat, which was great considering how close we were to the town center. it was a lovely, modern flat with great facilities. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 👌.

Had a fantastic Christmas at this holiday flat. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach. Loved having our own parking space, made it so convenient. The flat itself was spotless and well-maintained. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The big screen cable TV and wifi were a hit with the grandkids. It was also great to have access to the flat through the kitchen door.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. Some of the crockery had not been properly cleaned, but we found some dishcloths left behind by the previous guests.
